1. You will need to register a username. Click on the link below to register a username. Then fill out all the fields and hit submit.
2. Next you will need to log in. Log in using the username and the password that you have just created.
3. After you log in click on the options link at the top. Then click on personal options.
4. Where it says avatar type in the follwing;
[your team nickname].gif
for example Richmond Riders would use riders.gif
The only two exceptions are the Phoenix Fever and the San Pedro Hoosier-Daddies.
Phoenix = fever.jpg
San Pedro = hoosier-daddies.jpg
5. Post your message. When doing this whatever you type in the short story field will appear on the homepage. If you are typing a longer article then type an intro in the short story field and type the whole thing in the full story field. Your full story will be linked at the bottom right with the "MORE" link. As an example you can look at the league news section of the website.
